CMZ Artist Management was founded by Alex Galli and Tamara Roginsky, known professionally as Skyr0, on a single premise: the music industry's infrastructure is broken, and artists deserve better architecture.
Alex started as a musician. He lived through the paradox of the streaming era, with growing audiences and shrinking margins, and came to see it not as bad luck but as a structural problem. His parallel experience as an early adopter of blockchain technology gave him fluency in a different kind of system: programmable assets, on-chain ownership, and financial primitives designed to compound rather than extract. The conclusion followed naturally. The opportunity wasn’t just to manage artists differently, but to rebuild the systems artist economics run on.
Skyr0 was navigating that same reality from the inside. An independent electronic producer known for sculpting heavy bass against ethereal, introspective soundscapes, she had built a distinct artistic identity and a genuine audience, and still found traditional revenue models structurally incapable of sustaining long-term creative output. Not for lack of talent. For lack of infrastructure.
So they built CMZ, simultaneously a management company and a live experiment. Skyr0's project became the first to operate within the framework, running real tests on how revenue is generated, managed, and reinvested. Music income was partially converted into digital assets and routed into yield-generating systems. Royalties became working capital. Revenue began to compound.
What emerged is a new operating model for the modern artist: one that treats creative output as a scalable, self-reinforcing business. CMZ combines direct-to-fan monetization, AI-enabled execution, and forward-looking financial infrastructure to build systems that grow over time, not pipelines that pay out once and disappear.
This is what artist management looks like when you stop optimizing for the old model and start designing for what's actually possible.
